Boxing has been part of my life since I was 8 years old. My background includes National Championships, two Golden Gloves titles, Olympic Trials competition, and time competing professionally.

Beyond competing, I’ve coached fighters to NYC tournament titles and guided athletes who have gone on to compete in the professional ranks.

This is authentic boxing coaching — built on real fundamentals, not trends, cardio boxing, or hype.

    No experience required. All sessions are scaled appropriately.

  • Fundamental skill development (stance, footwork, defense, combinations)

    • Conditioning specific to boxing demands.

    • Pad work, bag work, controlled drills.

    • Emphasis on technique, rhythm, and intent

    • Sessions tailored to your experience level and goals

    This is coaching, not random rounds.

  • Sessions are structured around skill development, conditioning, and progression.

    Each session builds on the previous—focusing on technique, control, and performance while maintaining safety and intent.

    You’ll be coached in real time with immediate feedback and adjustments throughout.

  • 60-minute private sessions

    • Conducted in a private training space or gym.

    • 1-on-1 coaching only to ensure quality, safety, and attention to detail.

  • Boxing Coaching — Private Sessions

    • 1x/week: $160 / month

    • 2x/week: $290 / month ($145 per session)

    • 3x/week: $405 / month ($135 per session)

    Same pricing as 1-on-1 personal training.
